This is where we turn the energy all the way up. Our advanced class is for women who love a challenge, love the music, and love pushing themselves a little further every week. You’ll master quicker footwork, sharper transitions, and higher-intensity combos while moving to the best hip hop, soca, R&B and because it’s on a Sunday, Gospel! Even though the pace is turned up, you’re never alone. You get coaching, cueing, and encouragement the whole time so you can grow your confidence and your skills with the tribe beside you.
